REL has the in-house technical skills and capabilities to repair, refurbish or upgrade most computer-based products. If you have a number of product returns you don’t have the time or expertise to deal with or if your equipment has a variety of different faults/missing parts – then we can help. Either deliver your equipment to us, or we will collect it. We will then inspect and assess it (including conducting a No Fault Found Test) and refurbish your equipment providing the maximum yield possible. Our services also include re-boxing and re-labelling of the kit and shipping, if required. As a result of diverse and high-volume relationships with our technology recyclers, REL can obtain favourable terms, translating into higher recovery margins for our partners while maintaining strict environmental compliance standards. All technology recycling follows our Zero Landfill and Zero E-Waste export policies. Third-Party Auditing: To ensure end-to-end environmental compliance, REL contracts with leading environmental consulting firms to conduct targeted audits of our service centres and business partners, including their downstream channels. Also, REL has established an ecological audit program that is executed by our corporate internal audit organisation. Each year, all of our approved technology recyclers and a sampling of our downstream channel partners are audited.
