UK technical presence

If you are an overseas company who sells goods to the UK or Europe, and you spend a lot of money sending defective product all over the world, REL can be your technical presence. It would be like having your own European division at a fraction of the cost.

We at REL act as a middle man for several of our overseas customers who sell into the UK and Europe. This could be to carry out simple technical tasks like checking goods for warranty status and managing the return of those to our customers' base, or actually repairing defective goods and retrurning them back to the field on our customers' behalf, saving them a lot of time and expense.

We could even carry out customer visits on your behalf if on-site fixes / reworks or repairs are required, or simply acting as a customer account manager.
