Any product returned against this guarantee will be credited/replaced/repaired free of charge if accompanied by the invoice number and an RMA number from our Sales Team. Additionally, any REL Group products ordered in error can be exchanged if returned to us unused and in the original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice number and RMA Number.
